Job Overview

We are hiring a Senior Sales Official to drive sales growth, lead strategies, and manage large-scale solar projects. The role requires strong leadership, industry experience, and deep knowledge of solar policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative sales and lead generation strategies
  • Manage end-to-end sales for large solar projects (1200 MW)
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver customized solutions
  • Stay updated on solar policies and market trends
  • Achieve sales targets and expand into new markets
  • Lead and mentor the sales team
  • Coordinate with technical, finance, and marketing teams

Required Skills

  • Expertise in lead generation and conversion

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
