Job OverviewWe are hiring a Senior Sales Official to drive sales growth, lead strategies, and manage large-scale solar projects. The role requires strong leadership, industry experience, and deep knowledge of solar policies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute innovative sales and lead generation strategies
- Manage end-to-end sales for large solar projects (1200 MW)
- Build strong client relationships and deliver customized solutions
- Stay updated on solar policies and market trends
- Achieve sales targets and expand into new markets
- Lead and mentor the sales team
- Coordinate with technical, finance, and marketing teams
Required Skills- Self-driven and goal-oriented
- Strong leadership and team management
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Good knowledge of the solar industry and policies
- Expertise in lead generation and conversion
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
- Solar sales experience (2+ years in solar)
- Experience in large project sales and client handling
- Strong communication and leadership skills
