Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Business Development, located in Gondal. The Assistant Manager will focus on identifying and building relationships with potential clients, driving business growth, and achieving revenue targets. Key responsibilities include researching market trends, developing new business strategies, preparing proposals, and maintaining client relationships. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to implement business plans, analyzing sales data, and preparing reports to communicate progress and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Sales Strategy, Market Research, and Proposal Preparation experience
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Project Management and Team Collaboration abilities
- Industry knowledge in water treatment, packaging, and beverage processing is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively on-site and travel as needed
