Job Responsibilities

  • Increase business avenues and enhance the client database.
  • Identify, acquire, and develop new and prospective clients.
  • Manage and resolve client concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and competitive pricing for all proposals while maintaining optimal profit margins.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports for the assigned/associated; client/location
  • Maintain contact with all clients in the assigned/associated market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Drive new business development specifically in the packaging domain, including Packaging & Transit Testing services
  • Manage and grow existing RoHS customers within the assigned region.

Qualification

  • BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical / Textile Technology /BSc
  • MBA in Marketing

Relevant Experience: Minimum 2-5 years work experience in the field of sales management

Expertise At

  • Strong background in Supplier Relationship Management.
  • Clear understanding of customer and market dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate with a global professional team.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with proven experience driving sales teams.
  • Strong Sales Planning, Sales Management, and Data Analytics skills.
