Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Achieve topline year order book and revenue targets while aligning with gross margin and business acquisition guidelines.
  • Carry targets linked to compensation, including order booking, revenue targets, and new lead generation.
  • Drive consistent and predictable channel bookings through joint business planning and ongoing channel enablement with direct market units.
  • Work closely with the Sell-through TechM team to execute joint business planning and deliver results.

Mandatory Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales, marketing, and customer success/support models.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in channel enablement and joint business planning.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and deliver results under pressure.
