Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai and Bengaluru for Assistant Manager in Business Development. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing partnerships. The role involves conducting market research, preparing proposals, creating business presentations, and negotiating contracts. The candidate will also work closely with the operations and marketing teams to drive growth and meet organizational goals.

Business development & client relationship

  1. New business Leads.
  2. Strong networking base with developers and their top management
  3. Qualitative experience in marketing of services.
  4. Initiating and conducting Social Media Campaigns

Driving Market penetration for Secure Parking Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

  1. PR activities
  2. Participating, Leading & Managing Events & Exhibitions in Existing & Potential areas of growth.
  3. Designing, Print and Audio-visual campaign.

Client retention and relationship building

  1. To leverage on current client base
  2. To expand our services to other asset classes

Documentation

  1. Correspondence with the clients for closing the agreements
  2. Coordinate with the legal department and get the agreements signed from both the parties.

Team Work

  1. Coordinate with team members towards project status and delivery
  2. Team working skills and a collaborative approach to work.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Degree / MBA + Relevant Experience B2B Sales.
  2. Technical skills: Proficiency in computers (M.S. Office)
  3. Behavioral skills: Communication skills, Negotiation skills.
  4. 3 - 6 year of experience in Real Estate, Consumer durables, Telecom, Retail and Hospitality.
  5. Demonstrated experience in Business Development, Project Sales, Solution Design, Proposal Development.

Software Knowledge:

  1. MS Office, CRM, Necessary software (Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva or Google Slides) to create

immersive and persuasive Presentation.
