Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new clients across sectors like automotive, electronics, EVs, renewable energy, and industrial battery users.
Build a pipeline of leads through market research, networking, cold calls, and digital platforms.
Negotiate and close contracts related to the collection, procurement, and recycling of lithium-ion batteries.
Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting battery recycling.
Maintain and update CRM with prospect and client data.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to strategic revenue growth.
Qualifications:
. B.Tech & MBA Marketing, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in recycling, waste management, energy, or sustainability sectors.
Total Experience: 6 years post qualification
