Key Roles & Responsibilities
Brand Solutions & Revenue Enablement
- Responsible for brand solutions, branded content, and influencer initiatives across platforms.
- Conceptualize high-value, innovative ideas and translate them into compelling creative pitches to support new client acquisition and account growth.
- Partner closely with the Sales team to maximize revenue opportunities and build long-term brand relationships.
- Own solution crafting including pricing, inventory mapping, and value-driven brand integrations.
Client Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Collaborate with Sales and Client Partners to understand brand objectives, campaign goals, and signed-off deliverables.
- Develop customized strategies by leveraging insights, creative frameworks, and media planning.
- Write, develop, adapt, and present end-to-end Brand Solution and Media Plans to clients.
Content IPs & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute annual, half-yearly, quarterly, and monthly branded content IPs.
- Work with editorial, video, influencer, Social and design teams to conceptualize and execute integrated advertising and content campaigns.
- Ensure brand messaging, creative execution, and timelines align with client expectations and business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Handover
- Manage client servicing end-to-end post deal closure, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring timely, high-quality execution across all teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, production quality, and adherence to client specifications.
- Monitor ongoing campaigns and support optimization where required.
Market Awareness & Innovation
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging formats, influencer ecosystems, and evolving advertising solutions.
- Apply market knowledge to develop innovative, scalable, and measurable content solutions.
Background & Experience
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Brand Solutions, Branded Content, or Content Strategy within a digital media, publishing, or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of brand objectives across multiple categories and key markets.
- Proven track record of delivering successful sponsored content IPs.
- Experience working with top-tier brands and creating high-quality content-led solutions.
- Sound knowledge of media metrics, performance measurement, and industry benchmarks.
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to solutioning.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal teams and external stakeholders.
