The ideal candidate must possess local expertise, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in relevant tools and documentation. Specifically, we require that the candidate:
- Possesses a two-wheeler for efficient travel throughout the territory.
- Has extensive, in-depth knowledge of the Pune territory.
- Demonstrates good communication and strong negotiation skills.
- Is proficient in handling MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Is aware of average rental rates and commercial/land lease rates based on area specifications within Pune.
- Is well-versed with the legal documentation process involved in leasing agreements.
- Can effectively manage local broker relationships.
