Salary Range: 70,000 80,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager / Manager Banquet Sales to join our sales team.

This is a full-time on-site role based at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Sahibabad.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving banquet sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination for all banquet and catering events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement banquet sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
  • Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and conduct client meetings to convert leads into confirmed business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organizers.
  • Coordinate closely with the Banquet Operations, Kitchen, and Front Office teams to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Maintain detailed records of client preferences, event requirements, and follow-ups.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities within East Delhi and Ghaziabad.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and post-event feedback.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in banquet sales or event management, preferably within reputed hotels in East Delhi or Ghaziabad.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams while working independently.
  • Strong networking skills and local market understanding.
