Process Overview*
The team is a multi-faceted team managing multiple priorities for the business. One arm encompasses leading end to end digitization efforts for fraud and claims to give clients access to self service capabilities to resolve fraud alerts as well as for claim journey. Right from need identification to business case management for funding to build and running the digital channels, this team undertakes a slew of high visibility tasks. The other arm comprises of managing the performance management ecosystem for all operations teams within fraud and claims team. Overall this team works on very dynamic, fast paced and high impact endeavors and gives great opportunity for team members to learn from different aspects of the business.
Job Description:-
Experienced analytical professional to join our team as a Digital Self service analyst. In this role, you will be expected to look through significant quantities of data from various sources to identify and stop fraud.
Responsibilities
- Identify any discrepancy in the data and do the root cause analysis and provide the solution for the current business problem
- Provide hands-on technical and analytical requests leveraging proprietary data.
- Perform quality reviews and make enhancements to provide reliable to enterprise analytics community.
- Prepare dashboards, reports and present to various stakeholders.
- Perform business analysis and make presentation of the data/trends and work on adhoc requests.
Requirements
Education Bachelors/Masters degree-preferably in Computer science/Statistics.
Experience 6+ years of experience in Data mining & Analytics
At least 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, interacting with US teams will be preferred
Foundational skills
- Should be strong in tools like SAS (Base and Advanced), SQL
- Hands -on analytics and / or statistics
- Should be adaptive in exploring new techniques to analyze data/trends.
- Willingness to learn new methods/techniques and adapt industry best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present the data and communication skills
Desired Skills
- Bachelor's degree is desired, preferably in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, finance or business. Post graduate degree is a plus.
- Experienced with data stores and knowledge of commercial and corporate bank data.
Work Timings: 11: 30 AM to 8:30 PM, 12: 30 AM to 9:30 PM
