Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager, located in Bhubaneswar. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily banking operations, ensuring smooth management of customer queries, meeting sales targets, and fostering client relationships. The role includes managing and mentoring a team, analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies. The Assistant Manager will also contribute to improving customer satisfaction and business process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Banking and Financial Skills Knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory compliance
- Customer Relations Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and manage client relationships
- Sales and Business Development Experience in sales, achieving targets, and identifying growth opportunities
- Leadership and Team Management Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team effectively
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Capability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Prior experience in banking, finance, or a related industry is preferred
- Proficiency in applicable banking software and tools
