Job Description

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager of Attractions Development is responsible for providing administrative and project coordination support to the Attractions Development team. The role also plays a key part in overseeing project schedules, stakeholder communication, document control, and milestone tracking to support the successful delivery of projects and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Attractions Development team.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
  • Oversee project timelines, track key milestones, and highlight critical activities that may impact operational readiness and business operations.
  • Coordinate closely with business units to review project status, follow up on deliverables and monitor critical milestones.
  • Enhance document management through innovative document control strategies, ensuring all project documents are properly uploaded, tracked, and updated.
  • Annotate drawings with specific feedback, proposals, and alternative solutions to support commissioning phases.
  • Enter and work at construction sites as part of the project coordination as and when required.
  • Perform other departmental support duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Hospitality Management, or any other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 4 – 6 years of experience in managing operations, specifically within hospitality focus.
  • Experience in supporting large-scale projects would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment would be valuable.

Skills / Attributes:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to read and interpret project schedules, reports, and technical documentation is preferred.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with good organizational skills.
  • Good time management and able to manage different stakeholders to deliver outcomes promptly.
