Role and Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to the HOD in the academic and administrative components

Collaborating with various offices for the faculty recruitment process, Teaching Fellow and Teaching Assistant hiring process

Provide direct administrative support to the HoD in handling and managing confidential information and indirect support to the department, as and when required.

Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

Comprehensive calendar management.

Receive visitors and manage campus visits

Support the HoD in preparing outreach/event collaterals, connecting or networking with industries

Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication at all levels

Analyze important data and create reports

Arrange and coordinate meetings, including international conferences and arrange the logistics and necessary clearances recording minutes of the meetings and following up on the next steps with an action tracker

Qualifications: Graduate/ Post Graduate

Skills Required:

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain professional at all times

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Good knowledge of MS Office

Social Media experience will be an added advantage.

Should be good at multitasking and should be comfortable working on deadlines.
