About The Role
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented
Data Analyst to support the team in driving operational efficiency and business performance. The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, developing dashboards, and generating insights to support data-backed decision-making across planning, logistics, and procurement functions.
Key Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards in Power BI / Tableau / Excel to visualize KPIs and business trends.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
Gather, clean, and analyze datasets from multiple systems to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes impacting performance.
Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights and recommendations for process optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-backed solutions and performance reviews.
Utilize advanced Excel functionalities (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, and VBA preferred) for analytical modeling and ad-hoc reporting.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across sources; contribute to the creation of standardized reporting frameworks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 02 years of experience in data analytics or business analysis
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and dashboarding tools (Power BI / Tableau).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Attention to detail, logical thinking, and ability to handle large datasets independently.
