Role Description

The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage team performance, and ensure that business objectives are met efficiently. Responsibilities include planning and organizing tasks, coordinating with various departments, maintaining quality standards, analyzing data and reports, preparing presentations, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. The role also involves liaising with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.

• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation
• Knowledge of quality control, compliance standards, and industry best practices
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Office and project management software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
