Job Description

Need a candidate with 4 to 5 yrs of experience in handling the aggregator Sales for any food brand or with any aggregator- Swiggy or Zomato.

Education: MBA

Excellent communication skill

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key aggregator partners, such as Swiggy and Zomato

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and business development opportunities with aggregator platforms.

• Act as the main point of contact for the franchisees, resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring a high level of service.

• Sales Strategy & Growth:

• Develop and implement sales strategies specific to aggregator platforms to drive revenue growth and market share.

• Monitor sales performance across aggregators and implement tactics to achieve or exceed sales targets.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze sales data from aggregator platforms to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Provide regular sales performance reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

• Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as AOV and number of orders

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with the aggregator team to ensure the effective promotion of products on aggregator platforms.

• Market Research:

• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and innovations within the aggregator space.

• Provide insights to the management team regarding industry developments and changes in consumer behavior through aggregators.


• Qualifications:

• Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

• Experience:

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in aggregator, e-commerce, or related industries.


• Skills:

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams.

• Familiarity with aggregator platforms (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, etc.) and their operating models.

• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

• Technical Proficiency:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Key Competencies:

• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex partnerships.
