Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and monitor the creditworthiness of customers and partners.

Recommend credit limits based on financial risk analysis and past payment behavior.

Coordinate with the finance and sales teams to implement effective credit policies.

Develop and execute collection strategies to improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth cash flow and reduce overdue accounts

Periodic preparation of financial and statistical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends

Plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures in accounting

Communicate with stakeholders, follow up on receivables and reduce delinquency

Preparation of MIS Reports for clients for reconciliation.

Adherence to book closure timelines and ensuring all reconciliation is closed by the 01st of Every month.

Identify receipts, payment advices and facilitate invoice settlement for Corporate clients

Responsible for the day-to-day accounting and finance functions

Act as the point of contact for customer escalations related to payments.

Work with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to resolve billing disputes.

Ensure customer accounts are reconciled and disputes are addressed proactively

Qualifications:

B.com/M.com/CA Inter/MBA Finance having minimum 4-5 years of experience in Account receivable management and ERP accounting, in Hospitality and Retail sector

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AR best practices, and taxation (GST/TDS)

Relevant Experience of working in Hospitality industry minimum 2 years

Minimum 2-3 years of experience of working in SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics 365, Business central, Quick books, Zoho books or similar ERP

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Ready to take up challenges and work in a fast paced environment

Pro-active, dynamic, energetic and a go-getter attitude

Expertise in handling Ms-Office would be an advantage. Ms-excel skills are non-negotiable.

Attention to detail and good analytical skills
