Position:Accounts Receivable Executive D2C & Marketplace

CTC:35,000 70,000 per month

Days: Monday to Saturday

Flo Mattress is a leading D2C sleep solutions brand, operating across its own website and major online marketplaces. We are driven by data, efficiency, and customer-first thinking, and we're looking for a finance professional who can bring rigor and ownership to our receivables function.

Key Responsibilities

D2C & Marketplace Accounting

  • Manage end-to-end accounts receivable for D2C sales and marketplace channels (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Track daily sales, collections, deductions, and settlements from marketplaces
  • Reconcile marketplace statements with internal sales and bank records

Receivables & Collections

  • Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Prepare aging reports and highlight overdue balances
  • Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace support for dispute resolution

Reconciliations & Reporting

  • Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts, payment gateways, and bank statements
  • Identify short payments, deductions, chargebacks, and claims
  • Prepare MIS reports related to receivables, collections, and settlement variances

Compliance & Controls

  • Ensure accurate accounting entries as per company policies
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Assist during audits by providing necessary schedules and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Com degree (mandatory)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Hands-on experience with D2C and marketplace accounting
  • Strong understanding of marketplace settlement cycles and deductions
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Experience with accounting/ERP software
  • High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle high transaction volumes
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
