Job Description

Role Summary

Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. Also handles direct tax compliances.

Roles And Responsibility

Preparation of financial statements periodically in in line with INDAS and IFRS. Statutory and tax Audit schedule preparation and audit coordination. TDS compliances by statutory due dates. Balance Sheet reconciliation & analyze actions on open & aged items. Annual tax returns and compliances. Attend to income tax notices and coordinate for timely response. Accruals monitoring and review of all manual adjustments made to financial statements. Coordinate for direct tax litigation with external lawyers/consultants.

Role Specific Competencies

  • Relevant experience in Finance & Accounts department in similar organization having turnover of more than

4500+ cr.

  • Excellent knowledge on Ind AS & IFRS
  • Practical working knowledge of SAP
  • Experience in Big 4 preferred.
  • Good Communication skills- both verbal and written
  • Attitude to learn and take ownership
  • Transformative mindset
