Key responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain client relationships with new and existing clients
  • Promote the company’s services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Design and create sales proposals for business expansion
  • Perform detailed market research and analyse new business growth
  • Generate reports and statistical analysis for the potential business
  • Maintain the data of sales and revenue
  • Track retention cohorts and reactivate the dormant / churned accounts
  • Act swiftly whenever there is volume drop associated with the existing clients and address the queries
  • Share reports and insights from the conversations, to effectively improvise the BD processes or our focus towards the business expansion
  • Be the voice of the customer/enterprises at account management stage and Liaison with the product team to get all the necessary help, required in retention, reactivation and referral (RRR)

Skills

  • 2 years experience - Proven working experience in a key account management or a relevant role
  • Proven sales or account management track record
  • Experience in customer support
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Market knowledge ( Logistics )
  • Good Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
