Academy Planning & Operations
- Build curriculum and manage end-to-end academy programs including onboarding, training, graduation, and placement
- Develop business plans, track milestones, and report progress on academy initiatives
- Conduct video counselling, tele-calling, and on-ground admission events to drive enrolments
Partnerships & Corporate Relations
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with external academies (e.g., TATA Strive, VLCC, Lakme)
- Collaborate with multiple academies Pan India to source industry-ready talent
- Facilitate vocational development programs and support student placement opportunities
Student Development & Mentorship
- Guide student learning and skill development to ensure readiness for retail sales roles
- Implement strategies to empower students and enhance employability
Strategic Planning & Business Growth
- Create development plans, forecast growth, and contribute to academy expansion strategies
- Conduct business research and intelligence to inform strategic decisions
- Drive enrolment development and B2C sales initiatives related to academy programs
