Role Description

We are looking for a talented Consulting Assistant Manager to join our firm and be deployed at our client's location to support their Finance control and internal audit team in Bangalore. The selected candidate will play a key role in conducting process reviews, internal audit, financial controls review and control evaluations to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Bangalore, Onsite only (no hybrid)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Package: 9 LPA to 12.0 LPA

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Audit & Assurance, Taxation, and Financial Advisory services
• Ability to conduct Risk Assessment and execute Risk Advisory initiatives
• Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Planning, and Management Support
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, compliance standards, and industry practices
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
• Experience in client relationship management and team coordination is preferred
