Designation : Assistant Key Accounts Manager (HoReCa)
Responsibilities
- Drive persistent follow-ups across all major key accounts on a pan-India level
- Execute product sampling initiatives to support trial and accelerate order conversion
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Monitor existing and newly converted key accounts to ensure repeat ordering
- Proactively minimise the entry of competing brands within active accounts
- Strengthen focused client engagement to improve productivity
- Support scale-up of sales volumes through repeat business and sustained account growth
Qualifications
- Hotel Management / BBA / MBA in Marketing
- 5 7 years of relevant experience in B2B / Key Accounts sales, preferably in the HoReCa or Food Service domain
- Preferred Age: 25 to 30 years
- Training: Linguistic: English, Hindi must
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Sales & Distribution models within the HoReCa ecosystem
- Proficiency in spoken English (mandatory)
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
Preferred Skills
- Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements
