Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant, located in Jaipur. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing documents, and assisting with financial planning tasks. The individual will work closely with the team to support investment, tax, and planning operations, ensuring high efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Organizational and administrative skills, including document management and scheduling
- Basic understanding of financial planning processes and investment management
- Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking for reviewing financial data
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently
- Proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with tax, risk, or retirement planning is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in administrative or financial roles is an advantage
