Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Interior Design Consultant who will handle the complete client journey from design consultation to project handover, specifically for modular kitchens and wardrobes.
The role requires strong design understanding, technical knowledge, and client handling skills along with the ability to coordinate with the execution team.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Sales
Conduct design consultations with clients for modular kitchens and wardrobes.
Understand client requirements, space planning needs, lifestyle, and budget.
Present design layouts, finishes, materials, and hardware options.
Prepare quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
Negotiate and close client deals.
Design & Technical Coordination
Create or review modular kitchen and wardrobe layouts.
Verify detailed drawings before production.
Ensure designs are accurate, practical, and production-ready.
Site Measurement & Execution
Take accurate site measurements before finalizing designs.
Coordinate with carpenters, installers, and site supervisors.
Monitor installation progress and maintain quality standards.
Project Completion
Ensure smooth installation and project handover.
Maintain client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, or modular furniture.
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design preferred.
Strong understanding of modular kitchen layouts, wardrobe planning, and storage solutions.
Knowledge of materials, boards, laminates, finishes, and modular hardware.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software preferred.
Good communication and client dealing skills.
Salary & Benefits
Salary (In Hand): 20,000 28,000 per month
Performance Incentive:
5,000 15,000 per month (Project-based)
