Job Responsibility
- Operation, Electrical/ Mechanical maintenance of HVAC equipment & maintain activity reports
- Fault finding & rectification of HVAC system.
- Breakdown and Preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment and maintain activity reports.
- Co-ordinate with engineer and CFT for observe deficiency in HVAC system functioning.
- Follow cGMP for the perform activity and recording of data.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times, not only for your own well-being but also to ensure the safety of others.
- Respond to maintenance requests and resolve HVAC-related issues promptly.
- Ensure all operations comply with safety codes, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other maintenance and engineering staff for integrated facility support.
- Participate in emergency response activities and after-hours support as required.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians or external contractors as needed
Skills
HVAC System Operation & Maintenance - Intermediate
Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance - Intermediate
Knowledge of Air Handling Units (AHU), Chillers, Cooling Towers, VRF/VRV Systems - Intermediate
Reading Technical Drawings & Schematics - expert
Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance -Intermediate
GDP / GMP - expert
Qualifications
Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Experience: 1-4 Years.
