Job Purpose
The Assistant Recruitment Manager supports the talent acquisition function across multiple
properties, ensuring timely recruitment of high-caliber staff for all departments. The role is
critical for maintaining brand standards, managing high-volume hiring, and delivering an
exceptional onboarding experience for new employees. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Assist in planning and executing recruitment strategies across multiple properties,
covering all hotel departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Engineering,
Spa, and Administration).
Source candidates via job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus
recruitment, emphasizing luxury hospitality talent.
Conduct initial screening, preliminary interviews, and coordinate with department heads
for final selection.
Support recruitment for permanent, contractual, and seasonal staffing based on
occupancy forecasts and operational needs.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, hospitality consultants, and
headhunters for specialized roles.
Onboarding & Induction
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation compliance for new hires across all
properties.
Coordinate induction programs aligned with brand standards, service excellence
expectations, and operational culture.
Recruitment Operations & Reporting
Maintain accurate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) across properties.
Prepare recruitment dashboards, KPIs, and reports for the HR leadership team.
Support workforce planning and vacancy management in coordination with department
heads and property HR teams.
Employer Branding & Campus Outreach
Promote the brand as an employer of choice in the luxury hospitality sector.
Assist in organizing job fairs, campus drives, and hospitality recruitment events.
Ensure high engagement in social media and online campaigns to attract top-tier talent.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws, statutory requirements, and
internal HR policies.
Maintain proper documentation for audits, inspections, and inter-property compliance
standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
35 years of recruitment experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or multi-property chains.
Strong experience in high-volume recruitment and seasonal hiring cycles.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Understanding of luxury hospitality operations and staffing requirements.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-property coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict hiring deadlines.
