Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration for LSA, STI and Fixed bonus, PF, TDS, LWF and etc (Payment follow up) (Monthly).
Respond to employee queries regarding compensation and benefits. (AWR)
HR Operations
Support performance appraisal, Compliance training, Employees survey processes (Yearly).
Coordinate training sessions and workshops as per competency matrix. (Monthly)
Collect, Compile and analyze employees and benefits data.(Monthly)
Addition and Deletion of employees in GPA/GTL /GMC (Monthly).
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance check like- labor laws and company policies and return filling for POSH, SEA and other miscellaneous. (Monthly)
Prepare HR reports (headcount, attrition, leave, etc.) and support in audits (Monthly).
Help to create new agreements or renewal of contracts with vendors (Monthly).

Point of contact for all queries raised by Gurgaon payroll employees. (Daily)
