Job Description
Technource is looking for an
Assistant HR Manager who can take ownership of both core HR operations and technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the IT industry and be capable of managing day-to-day HR functions while supporting hiring needs. This role is suitable for someone currently working as an HR Executive or Senior HR Executive and ready to step up into a managerial position.
Describe Skill and Experience
- Manage and guide the existing HR and recruitment team, ensuring proper task allocation, follow-ups, and timely execution of hiring and HR activities.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee engagement, attendance tracking, performance monitoring, and leave management.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, compliance, and employee documentation (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.) with a structured approach.
- Handle technical recruitment planning and execution for IT roles such as Developers, QA, BAs, Designers, and Project Managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including JD creation, sourcing strategy, screening flow, interview coordination, and offer closure.
- Monitor and optimize sourcing channels like LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and referrals to maintain a strong hiring pipeline.
- Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and reporting skills, with the ability to manage multiple HR and hiring functions in a fast-paced IT services environment.
