The Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Woods at Sasan will oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping and laundry staff, managing schedules, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role will also involve fostering a positive guest experience by addressing customer service needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

• Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead, train, and manage housekeeping and laundry teams effectively
• Experience or familiarity with Laundry operations and related best practices
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication, ensuring guest satisfaction and effectively addressing concerns
• Experience in Hiring and onboarding staff, ensuring a skilled and cohesive team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in hospitality environments
• A degree or certification in hospitality management is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is highly valued
