Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Machan Resorts LLP, located in Mawal. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations, manage laundry services, ensure the highest level of customer service, supervise the housekeeping team, and assist in the hiring process. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness standards and addressing guest inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and ability to manage a team
• Experience in Laundry management and services
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Hiring and training staff
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• A degree or certification in Hospitality Management is MUST
