Job responsibilities:
- Design and develop instructional materials including e-learning courses, interactive modules, videos, simulations, assessments, etc. and strengthen the digital offering through JLearn or any other LMS platform.
- Create detailed storyboards, scripts, and prototypes to outline the structure, flow, and interactions of learning content.
- Apply instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and best practices to create effective and engaging learning experiences.
- Define product requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Ensure learning materials are accessible, responsive, and compatible with multiple devices, and platforms.
- Develop learning assessments, quizzes, and performance evaluations to measure learning outcomes and evaluate programme effectiveness (Theory of Change and Impact Assessment).
- Work with Vice President – Academics and lead the overall digital product strategy (AI), roadmap, and vision in alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, design, marketing, operational, academics, and other stakeholders to drive product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Conduct market research, competition analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify market opportunities, user insights, and product enhancements.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and usability testing to ensure learning materials meet design standards, technical requirements, and user experience guidelines.
Key Performance Indicators:
- More than 90% of digital content created as per plan and defined timelines
- More than 90% participants report highest rating in the feedback form (quality of digital content)
- More than 80% teachers actively engage in the digital platform
- No major technical / factual errors in the digital content
- Updated with emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in e-learning space
- More than 60% active users on JLearn platform
- More than 80% teachers complete at least 3 CPD courses on JLearn within first six months of their joining
Requirements:
- Desirable to have a master's degree.
- Mix of language proficiency (verbal and written), deep pedagogical understanding, and subject specialisation.
- 5+ years of work experience in digital product management; of which at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of new-age AI tools to provide immersive experience.
- Desirable to have work experience in Instructional Design.
- Ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders such as school promoters, school principals, trainers, teachers, external stakeholders, and other solution providers.
- Organised and process driven, and ability to work across timelines and cross-functional teams.
- Team / Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to lead, inspire collaboration and empower team.
- Have strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mind with a flair to identify training needs and gaps.
