Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage sales operations for premium real estate projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 8-10 years of senior sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and buyer behavior.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office.
