Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to directly drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion. This is an individual contributor role focused on end-to-end sales execution.

Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities in the corporate and commercial real estate space.

Independently manage the sales lifecycle from pitching, proposal preparation, negotiations, to deal closure.

Develop a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, research, industry events, and cold outreach.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

Prepare customized sales presentations and proposals using FlipSpaces technology platform and service offerings.

Collaborate with internal teams (design, project management, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.

Meet and exceed individual sales and revenue targets as set by management.

Track, report, and forecast sales activities using CRM systems.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Educational Qualifications

Postgraduate degree/diploma in Marketing / Business Management preferred.

Strong academic record throughout education.

Work Experience

5+ years of experience in B2B sales / real estate solutions / interior design solutions / corporate sales.

Proven track record of independently closing high-value deals.

Experience in working with channel partners and corporate clients preferred.

Functional Knowledge & Technical Ability

Strong understanding of sales processes, lead lifecycle management, and deal structuring.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM tools. Behavioural Characteristics

High self-motivation with strong sales orientation.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

Strong relationship-building and client-handling capabilities.

Flexibility to adapt and succeed in dynamic business environments.
