Spearhead Rubicon's presence in Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) markets and generate sustainable business therein

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
Market identification within ANZ & entry strategy
Prospecting for new partners in the chosen markets
Showcase Rubicon's Capabilities & Products To Potential Partners
Evaluation of short-listed opportunities, negotiate for deal terms, prepare business case presentations.
Negotiation of term sheets / definitive agreements
Alliance Management
Influence the cross functional team to drive the BD endeavors at organizational level
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
Must have 10+ years of international BD experience in Finished Products
Must have proven success in regulated markets
Must have travelled to assigned territories for customer meetings (not only CPhI)
Excellent understanding of market dynamics & entry strategies
Excellent communication skills
Mindset to work with Cross functional teams
Excellent networks
Excellent negotiation skills
Enterprising and Entrepreneurial approach
Willingness to travel
Additional Notes
Candidate living close to Thane / in central line may be preferred
Experience of business operations would be an added advantage
