Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Real Estate Sales

About the Role

Real Capital Ventures is looking for a highly motivated and strategic Assistant General Manager (AGM) Real Estate Sales to drive business growth, lead high-performing sales teams, and strengthen our presence in Bangalore's premium, luxury, and ultra-luxury real estate market. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive market knowledge, and a proven track record of driving sales performance and revenue growth within the real estate channel partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Drive overall sales strategy and revenue generation for the organization.

• Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.

• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and growth avenues.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and key stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Property Consultants.

• Establish sales goals, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks.

• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and leadership development initiatives. • Foster a high-performance and target-driven sales culture.

Client & Developer Relationship Management

• Manage strategic relationships with leading developers and channel partners.

•Oversee high-value client interactions, negotiations, and deal closures.

•Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.

•Strengthen the company's brand presence and market reputation.

Strategic Planning & Operations

• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion ratios, and business performance metrics.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic decision making.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation and campaign effectiveness. •Prepare and present business reports, sales forecasts, and growth strategies to senior leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in a Real Estate Channel Partner Firm.

• Proven leadership experience in roles such as AGM, General Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, or equivalent.

• Strong understanding of the Bangalore real estate market and developer ecosystem. •Demonstrated success in managing large sales teams and delivering significant revenue growth. • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence. • Experience handling premium, luxury, and ultra-luxury real estate projects is highly preferred.
