Role:

The role involves signing up new Premier Institutes and expanding market reach by identifying and negotiating business relationships. This involves identifying prospective institutes, making presentations to key officials, negotiating with decision makers, and closing new business deals. The Head also participates in tenders and updates job knowledge through educational opportunities and professional organizations.

Location - Noida

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Business Development Team.

Sign up new institutes and build market reach by locating, identifying, negotiating and closing business relationships.

Expanding addressable market - New Product introduction (in association with the Product Team).

Leading the thought leadership in the product innovation cell Positioning our services to Government bodies.

Participate in tenders, apply for the relevant tenders and work on them for closure

Industry networking.

Skill requirement:

Functional/Technical Skills

Experience in leading Business Development function (Higher Education)

Exposure to Online Education/Regulations/Industry etc.

Should have led a multi-locational team

Language - English, Hindi and One South Indian Language (Good to have)

Behavioural skills / Communication skills/ negotiation skills

Aggressive, target oriented sales professional

Excellent communication skills - written and oral (English)

Good negotiation and presentation skills
