Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager of Operations, based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, managing teams to meet organizational goals, ensuring exceptional customer service, collaborating across departments to optimize processes, and managing budgets effectively to maintain financial sustainability. The Assistant General Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and high service quality.

Qualification: MBBS / BAMS / BHMS

Roles & Responsibilities: but not limited to

- Drive business operations to ensure efficient conversion of leads into resident admissions.

- ⁠Achieving growth in resident admissions numbers

- Ensure residents overall wellbeing and strict adherence to established SOPs and care protocols.

- Assess, monitor, and address residents medical needs on a regular basis.

- Provide medical consultation and assistance as required, either in person or on call.

- Guide and support the care team to maintain high standards of healthcare and resident safety.

- Maintain proper statutory documentation, medical documentation and coordinate with management and senior consultants regarding residents health status.

Shift Duration: 8.5 hours

Working Days: Monday to Sunday (Saturday & Sunday mandatory)

• Week Off: 1 rotational off per week
