Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site ICU Resident role based in Navi Mumbai. The ICU Resident will provide critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit, monitoring and assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with medical teams to deliver high-quality care. The role requires managing patient needs efficiently while maintaining a compassionate and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• MBBS, CTCCM
• MBBS, DA, IDCCM
• MBBS, FCPS(Medicine) Or MBBS, CPS TDD (Dip. Chest Medicine)
• Strong foundation in Critical Care Medicine and general Medical knowledge
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Clear and effective Communication abilities with stakeholders, including patients and medical teams
• Commitment to delivering high-quality Customer Service in a healthcare setting
• Must have a valid medical degree and relevant certification in critical care
• Previous work experience in an ICU or similar acute care environment preferred
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations with attention to detail and professionalism
