Job Title: Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager – Operations

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic professional to join our Operations leadership team as AGM/DGM – Operations. The role requires an experienced professional who can lead large-scale recruitment delivery programs and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
The individual will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery, managing key client relationships, and leading internal recruitment teams to ensure high-quality talent delivery. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, operational leadership, and client engagement to drive consistent service excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Manage and strengthen relationships with multiple enterprise clients across ongoing recruitment engagements.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients by understanding workforce planning needs and providing effective talent solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and account growth through proactive engagement and delivery excellence.
Delivery & Operations Management
- Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment operations across multiple projects and client mandates.
- Ensure timely delivery of hiring requirements while maintaining quality standards and SLA commitments.
- Drive operational efficiency through structured recruitment workflows and performance tracking.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor recruitment delivery teams, sourcing specialists, and client-facing coordinators.
- Foster a high-performance culture by providing guidance, performance feedback, and strategic direction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR, and Leadership teams to align on delivery.
Strategic Planning & Process Optimization
- Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies aligned with client requirements and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Drive initiatives that improve candidate experience, recruiter productivity, and delivery outcomes.
Performance & Delivery Management
- Monitor delivery metrics, hiring targets, and operational KPIs across accounts.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain consistent quality in recruitment delivery.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on account performance and hiring trends.
Key Competencies
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience managing multiple recruitment projects or RPO engagements
- Strategic thinking with strong operational execution capabilities
- Ability to manage large delivery teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Preferred Background
- 8–15 years of experience in Recruitment Consulting, RPO, Talent Solutions, or HR Services organizations
- Proven experience managing multiple enterprise clients and recruitment delivery teams
- Strong exposure to high-volume hiring, RPO operations, and talent delivery models
- Experience in client-facing leadership roles within recruitment or consulting environments
