We are looking for a results-oriented and detail-driven individual with a strong background in infrastructure project execution across retail and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in project planning, stakeholder management, cost control, vendor coordination, and delivering high-volume high quality retail infrastructure rollouts within aggressive timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Delivery
- End-to-end ownership of infrastructure setup for retail stores, warehouses, and commercial spaces across India
- Manage project lifecycle including scope planning, phasing, design coordination, BOQ finalization, and contract management.
- Ensure timely delivery against milestones while maintaining control over project cost, quality, and compliance parameters.
Program & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (design, procurement, legal, finance) and external vendors (consultants, contractors, local authorities) to drive project execution.
- Lead periodic project review meetings, resolve on-ground conflicts, and ensure adherence to statutory and safety norms.
Budget & Cost Management
- Plan and monitor project CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
- Manage vendor billing, certifications, and recoveries in line with contract terms.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Implement structured documentation, checklists, and performance trackers to streamline project workflow and reduce TAT.
- Develop and publish detailed MIS reports, dashboards, and compliance trackers for regional and national leadership.
Educational Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- MBA / PGP in Infrastructure / Construction Management (Preferred – IIM/NICMAR or equivalent)
