- Ensure consistent and aspirational positioning across all customer experiences.
Marketing & Communications
- Lead all brand marketing efforts.PR, social media, content marketing, influencer collaborations, and creative campaigns.
- Curate impactful brand partnerships and alliances that strengthen our cultural relevance.
- Nurture strong media and industry relationships to enhance visibility and thought leadership.
Creative Content & Digital Innovation
- Guide the creation of evocative, design-led content that inspires and engages.
- Harness the power of digital and social platforms to tell stories that build communities, not just campaigns.
- Use insights and trends to innovate, while staying true to the brands DNA.
Customer Engagement & Loyalty
- Build experiences and programs that go beyond transactionsfostering loyalty, advocacy, and emotional connection.
- Reimagine loyalty in a way that is aligned with the luxury consumer mindset.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Inspire, mentor, and empower the marketing team to push creative boundaries.
- Collaborate closely with business, sales, and operations teams to ensure brand-led thinking drives business growth.
- Manage resources effectively while keeping creativity at the forefront.
What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years of brand marketing experience, ideally in luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality.
- Proven expertise in building aspirational brands through storytelling, creativity, and strategic vision.
- Strong foundation in digital, PR, content, and customer engagement.
- Has successfully managed a team of creative and brand marketing executives
