Assistant General Manager / Head of Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Head to oversee and optimize our food and beverage operations across multiple outlets. This role is ideal for a rising professional with hands-on experience in managing kitchen workflows, vendor coordination, and team performance. The candidate should be passionate about operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and scalable systems.

Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight

Manage day-to-day operations across central and outlet kitchens

Ensure SOPs are followed for food safety, hygiene, and service standards

Monitor kitchen productivity, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction metrics

Ensuring all staff members adhere to health and safety regulations.

Check on grooming, punctuality and duty rosters.

Staff Planning, allocations, transfers, promotions, appraisal reports.

Attrition Control.

Lead and mentor outlet managers, kitchen heads, and support staff

Hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff, including servers, and support personnel.

Conduct performance reviews and drive training programs

Coordinate staffing plans and shift schedules across locations

Customer Service

Overseeing the quality of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Implementing and maintaining standards for service excellence.

Ensure upselling and APC increase.

Good communication skill.

Inventory Management

Managing and optimizing inventory levels, including food and beverage, to minimize waste and control costs.

Facility Maintenance

All check lists are adhered to.

Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant's physical space.

Managing repairs and renovations as needed to maintain a pleasant dining environment.

Technology

Implementing and managing point-of-sale, report and maintaining various online operational applications.

Tracking delivery operations - Menu management, Dispatch and delivery management, inventory management.

Staying updated with technology trends to improve operational efficiency.

Online portal rating standards and complaints.
