Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Mumbai for an Assistant General Manager in the Geomatics division. The Assistant General Manager will oversee the sales, operations, and business development activities related to geomatics and surveying instruments. Responsibilities include managing a team, formulating growth strategies, overseeing project management and client relations, ensuring compliance, and exploring opportunities to expand market share. Collaboration with technical teams to address client needs and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions will be a critical part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and project management skills
- Proficiency in geomatics, surveying instruments, and relevant technical domains
- Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Strategic planning and analytical skills to develop and implement growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field
- Knowledge of drones, environmental equipment, and vocational training solutions is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Mumbai and travel as required
