FlipSpaces – Job Description – Assistant General Manager - Business Development

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to directly drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion. This is an individual contributor role focused on end-to-end sales execution.

● Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities in the corporate and commercial real estate space.

● Independently manage the sales lifecycle – from pitching, proposal preparation, negotiations, to deal closure.

● Develop a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, research, industry events, and cold outreach.

● Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

● Prepare customized sales presentations and proposals using FlipSpaces technology platform and service offerings.

● Collaborate with internal teams (design, project management, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.

● Meet and exceed individual sales and revenue targets as set by management.

● Track, report, and forecast sales activities using CRM systems.

● Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Educational Qualifications

● Postgraduate degree/diploma in Marketing / Business Management preferred.

● Strong academic record throughout education.

Work Experience

● 5+ years of experience in B2B sales / real estate solutions / interior design solutions / corporate sales.

● Proven track record of independently closing high-value deals.

● Experience in working with channel partners and corporate clients preferred.

Functional Knowledge & Technical Ability

● Strong understanding of sales processes, lead lifecycle management, and deal structuring.

● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM tools. Behavioural Characteristics
