The AGM/Senior Manager – Corporate Fundraising will lead strategic fundraising and CSR partnership development across North India. The role includes donor acquisition, corporate engagement, expansion planning, and ensuring strong coordination with internal teams to meet fundraising goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fundraising plans with clear targets and timelines
- Research and identify potential corporate donors and CSR opportunities
- Drive fundraising expansion across key cities in North India
- Identify donors interested in supporting initiatives in Bihar and Eastern UP
- Create compelling presentations, proposals, and fundraising materials
- Build and manage relationships with corporates, CSR teams, trusts, and family offices
- Secure donations and grants through effective engagement and negotiation
- Oversee fundraising performance and ensure accurate documentation as per MoUs
- Generate funds through events, payroll/workplace giving, and cause‑related partnerships
- Strengthen relationships with existing donors to enhance recurring support
- Represent the organization at events, conferences, and networking platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams (programs, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure donor commitments are met
Key Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA in Institutional Marketing preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in corporate/institutional fundraising
- Proven ability to raise ₹5–10 Crores annually
- Strong understanding of Indian corporate and CSR landscape
- CRM knowledge and ability to manage donor databases
- Excellent proposal writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong networking and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to represent the organization effectively in corporate forums
- Proficiency in digital fundraising and online campaigns
- Creative, solution‑oriented, and strong in planning & organization
- Strong interpersonal and team‑building abilities
- Alignment with the organization's mission and values
