The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will oversee daily operations and assist in managing the overall performance of Eva The Mall. This full-time, on-site role in Vadodara involves supervising staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, coordinating with tenants, addressing customer concerns, handling vendor relations, and implementing strategies to drive footfall and revenue. The role also includes monitoring mall facilities, enforcing safety protocols, and supporting promotional events to enhance the guest experience.
