This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for an Assistant General Manager - Channel Sales. The role entails managing and fostering relationships with channel partners to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. Core responsibilities include developing and executing channel sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, providing ongoing support and training to partners, and analyzing sales metrics to ensure consistent growth. The candidate will also play a key role in market research and customer insights to enhance sales tactics.

  • Strong experience in Channel Sales, B2B Sales, and Real Estate Sales
  • Expertise in building and managing relationships with channel partners and stakeholders
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and team management skills
  • Proven ability to analyze sales data, forecast revenue, and identify growth opportunities
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to develop impactful sales strategies
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector is highly advantageous
