Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Front Office role located in Udaipur. The Front Office associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling receptionist duties, managing appointment scheduling, and maintaining professional phone etiquette. The role also involves being the first point of contact for guests and visitors, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome, assist, and attend to guests in a professional and courteous manner

Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and room allocation

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently

Manage reservations, phone calls, emails, and walk-in guests

Maintain accurate guest records and front office documentation

Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance departments

Ensure adherence to hotel service standards and SOPs

Handle billing, payments, and basic cashiering responsibilities

Maintain front office appearance and uphold brand standards

Provide administrative and operational support to hotel management

Skills

Excellent communication and guest-handling skills

Strong knowledge of hospitality operations

Professional grooming and service-oriented attitude

Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure situations

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
